Course images are designed to be displayed as course tiles and not for being displayed everywhere at the top of the course main page on web.

We should stop displaying them in < 3.6 sites, this has been reported by different people indicating that in several cases it looks horrible.

We should support it back once it is correctly supported on web (they may choose to use a different image for example).

For 3.6 onwards, we have to check the new setting introduced by MDL-63445

It seems that the new setting for displaying course images won't be available in 3.6
