Trying to upload a file that is larger than the limit - Error message does not hint to filesize limits

      A student got a warning that said: "Error - Please contact your site admin" when he tried to upload a file.

      Said file was 5.2MB large, limit was set to 5.0MB.

      It would be helpful if the warning would at least point to the violation of the filesize limits.
