Course page title does not use course shortname

      1. This needs to be tested in a 3.4 and 3.6 site
      2. Enable courselistshortnames on your moodle site
      3. Log in to your site using the app
      4. Verify that courselistshortnames is enabled by confirming that the list of courses displays the course shortname before the fullname
      5. Open a course
      6. Verify that the title of the page starts with the course shortname, followed by the fullname.
      7. Disable courselistshortnames on your moodle site
      8. Log in to your site using the app
      9. Verify that courselistshortnames is disabled by confirming that the list of courses displays only the course fullname
      10. Open a course
      11. Verify that the title of the page contains only the fullname.

      MOBILE-2254 allows the course shortname to be displayed on the list of courses when the courselistshortnames is enabled.  However, this isn't carried through to the title on the course page, where we only see the fullname.  This is an issue as the name will be truncated when the screen is too narrow, so you might just see something like "Introduction to history of..." and not know for sure which course you are on.
