Activity close time does not work on app

I created a course with a closing time for course content activity. I do not want the users to have access to course content during the final quiz.

After the closing time, users who have already logged in via app, still have access to course content on mobile, but not on the web.

Even, they have access to course sections that they had not already opened them.
