Add and review improvements done on dashboard

      1. In web, login in a site 3.3 or higher as admin and enable the option "courselistshortnames".
      2. In the app, login in that site. Check that you see both the course shortname and the fullname in all course in the Dashboard.
      3. Check courses does not have summary shown on Dashboard anymore.
      4. Check that recently accessed courses and starred courses have horizontal scrolling and it's easy to use and understandable.

      There are some tiny issues coming up with MDL-62870.

       MDL-63988 is related to MOBILE-2254.

      1. Do not show summary on card view anymore.
      2. Add horizontal scroll to recently accessed courses and starred courses.
      3. Add horizontal scroll to Recently accessed items.
      4. Remove progress bar and actions on course cards different from Course overview.
      5. Show 2+ cards on horizontal scroll on init.
      6. Reduce card height to match web version.
