When attempting a question and before submitting, the 'Question' column header wraps if the screen is small enough on the review page.

Below is produced on an iPhone 8 running iOS 12.1 w/ a pixel width of 375 (same as iPhone 7)

Result: 'Question' text wraps in column header. Does not occur after answers submitted.
