Show/Hide download options

    • Testing Instructions:
      Hide
      1. Navigate to the dashboard on versions 3.4 and 3.6.
      2. Check you can see a context menu and you can switch "Show download options on it"
      3. When enabled, check you can download all courses form the block title in the following blocks:
        1. Starred courses
        2. Recently accessed courses
        3. Course overview
      4. Check download button on course cards are shown on:
        1. Starred courses
        2. Recently accessed courses
        3. Course overview (only 3.2) for 3.6 it will always be shown inside the course context menu.

      Test in one iOS and one android.
