This issue should be tested using 2 devices at the same time. You can use any OS and model. Install the app in 2 different devices and login in the same site with the same user. Go to the More tab and click the user (to open the profile). Check that you see the same picture in both devices. In one of the devices, change the profile picture. Check that you see the new image in the profile after changing it (there was a bug that displayed the default avatar). In the device where you didn't change the image, perform a PTR in the profile. Check that the image is updated. In both devices, go back to the More page. Check that the image displayed is the same in both devices (the new one). In both devices, logout from the site. Check that you see the new image in the list of sites.
