Display months with name in datetime inputs

      This issue should be tested both in Android and iOS.

      1. Login in a site and go to a calendar event.
      2. Click to add a new reminder. Check that you see the month name in the date selector.
      3. Select the date and click "Done" in the "popover". Check that you see the month name in the date displayed (before clicking Save). Please notice that this step could change depending on MOBILE-2890.
      4. Now login in mobilemaster site as teacher and go to "MM Dev Testing > Database > Database".
      5. Click to edit any of the entries. Check that the date displayed in the field above attachments includes the month name.
      6. Click to edit that date. Check that the date selector displays the month name too.

      Description

      Translating months names in ion-datetime isn't easy, you need to supply an array with the name for each month. That's why we decided to display them as a number, but then it can be confused with the day.
