Make the shortanswer question display more like the website display

    Description

      In the Moodle app MOBILE, core questions look more or less like their website version. I suggest that the appearance of the shortanswer question should be improved to look exactly like its website appearance. I am currently upgrading my own REGEXP question type to be MOBILE-compliant. Its appearance is very similar to the shortanswer core question type and I have attached screenshots demonstrating how this improvement would look like.

      Question 1 is the core shortanswer question and Question 2 is my REGEXP question, which I have managed to appear exactly in MOBILE exactly as in the website version.

      • replaced the placeholder with a label (Answer)
      • for correct/partiallycorrect/wrong feedback, replaced the green/orangey/red background colours by green tick/orangey tick in square box/red cross
