Moodle Mobile 3.6.1
Our UCLA's Moodle Mobile App which is using version 3.4.2 are having accessibility issues on iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack, see below:
- Toggle button does not work, VoiceOver reads out the toggle button label but it won't turn on/off when tapped twice. This bug also happens on Android TalkBack.
- Image buttons that do not have a label next to it such as "Search" and "View Options" need alt text, VoiceOver and TalkBack read out a vague "link" description of the image button.
- Scrolling does not work if VoiceOver is turned on. Swiping up/down with 3 fingers does not scroll the page. This bug does not happen on Android TalkBack.
- Slide out menu items are read out even if the menu is hidden. VoiceOver read out hidden menu items after the last item on the page.
- Some list items get read out with syntax code e.g. left curly bracket, alt text should exclude them.
