Our UCLA's Moodle Mobile App which is using version 3.4.2 are having accessibility issues on iOS VoiceOver and Android TalkBack, see below:

      1. Toggle button does not work, VoiceOver reads out the toggle button label but it won't turn on/off when tapped twice. This bug also happens on Android TalkBack.
      2. Image buttons that do not have a label next to it such as "Search" and "View Options" need alt text, VoiceOver and TalkBack read out a vague "link" description of the image button.
      3. Scrolling does not work if VoiceOver is turned on. Swiping up/down with 3 fingers does not scroll the page. This bug does not happen on Android TalkBack.
      4. Slide out menu items are read out even if the menu is hidden. VoiceOver read out hidden menu items after the last item on the page.
      5. Some list items get read out with syntax code e.g. left curly bracket, alt text should exclude them.
