This issue only needs to be tested in one OS, there's no need to test it in both.

      1. Install the app in a device and login in mobile master.
      2. Go to "MM Dev Testing Course > Resource: Books" and open "A book with some chapters...". Check that the chapter "1. This is the first chapter" is loaded.
      3. Now go back to the course, open the section "Links to capture" and click the link "Book in this course". Check that the same book and chapter as the previous step is opened.
      4. Go back to the "Links to capture" section and now click "Subchapter 1 in book in this course". Check that now the chapter loaded is "1.1 Subchapter 1".
      5. Go back to the "Links to capture" section and now click "Second chapter in book in this course". Check that now the chapter loaded is "2. Second chapter".

Right now, if you add a chapterid to a link to a book the app will always load the first chapter. We should try to load the right chapter.
