Display / use last course access where necessary

      1. Onto 3.7 or greater.
      2. Navigate into a course and go to Participants tab.
      3. Compare with the web version that the last access time corresponds to last COURSE access time.
      4. Onto 3.6 or lesser.
      5. Check that the last access corresponds to last user access to the platform.

      Thanks to MDL-64084, since Moodle 3.7 we'll have the course last access date for any user enrolled in a course (if Moodle is configured to display that information).
