(App) As a student enter the same activity and click on the show more button of your submission. Check you can see the assessments (received grades) of your submission. Enter the assessments and check you can see the form. Compare that what you see in the app matches with the information displayed for the user in the Moodle web version. Only needs testing on one device of your choice.
