Do not display the bottom tab menu when displaying SCORMS configured to open in new Window

      In order to allow some SCORMs packages to display using most of the device window we should avoid displaying the bottom window when the SCORM is configured to open in a "New Window"

      This configuration (new window) is often used when the SCORM wants full control of the window so it can be displayed using the whole width and height.
