At the moment, when you download something in a course, you click the icon, the thing downloads, and then the icon disappears.

Based on our usability testing, we would instead like the icon to reain, but change to a cloud with a tick (ion-icon cloud-done).

This relates to MOBILE-2542 where we want to implemente better download management.
