Support Nextcloud offline files

      This issue should be tested both in iOS and Android.

      1. Install the app in the device and login in Mobile 36.
      2. Open the course "Nextcloud course" and enable the download using the top-right menu. Check that the files inside the "Linked" section do not display an icon to download them.
      3. Check that you can open the files in that section (they'll be open in browser).
      4. Now login in Mobile Master and open Nextcloud course > Linked files.
      5. Enable the download using the top-right menu. Check that the files in that section now display a download button.
      6. Open the resource "Image (auto)" without downloading it. Check that you see the image embedded (it's not opened in browser).
      7. Go back to the course and download the whole section.
      8. Once done, check that you can view/open the files in offline.

      Description

      MDL-64243 introduces a fix to be able to serve files for offline usage, we need to suppor that (note that it may be backported to 3.6 so version check may be necessary)
