Try the app on different iOS and Androiddevices with different sizes. Check the number of items on the bottom main menu vary depending on the device size. Navigate to more and check the rest of the menu elements are there. Rotate the device and check the previous items changed but all items are still there between the bottom and more menu. On devices wider than 576px the menu should be shown on one side. In a site with 3.7 or greater, Disable Mobile feature "Responsive menu items" using admin user on website. Enter the site again and check 5 items are always shown. Leave the feature enabled again.
