[MOBILE-2912] App doesn't use "en-us" lang strings defined by site plugins - Moodle Tracker

This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

In a Moodle site supporting site plugins, install the plugin attached to this issue (inside the mod folder).

In that site, go to "Site administration > Language > Language packs" and install en_us.

In that site, go to "Site administration > Language > Language settings > Languages on language menu" and set it to "en_us".

In the app, set the language to "en-us".

Login in that site and open any course. Check that in the top tabs you see an option named "Group choice".

How to reproduce:

Create a site plugin that uses some strings in the app returned by the plugin.
Create the "en_us" lang file for the plugin.
Install the plugin in a Moodle site.
In that site, go to "Site administration > Language > Language settings > Languages on language menu" and set it to "en_us".
In the app, set the language to "en-us".
Open the plugin and check that the strings aren't translated.
