This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. In web as teacher, create a new course and put a quiz with password that can be attempted in offline. In the app, login as a student and open the course. Enable the downloads in the course (top-right menu). Check that you see the download button both in "All sections" and in the section that has the quiz. Perform a PTR. When done, check that you still see the download button both in "All sections" and in the section that has the quiz. Now click to download the section. Check that, once it's done, you see an error saying that the quiz password was incorrect and the section button goes back to the download button (the spinner disappears). Repeat the same test but clicking the download button in "All sections". The result should be the same, you see an error and the buttons go back to download button.
