Improve push notification click for messages and forum discussion

This issue should be tested in Android and iOS. Configure a 34 and a 36 site to use push notifications. mobile34 and mobilemaster should already be configured. All the tests should be done in both sites. In web, create a forum with forced subscription. Usually the "Standard forum" in MM Dev Testing Course is already configured. As student, make sure you're subscribed to the forum of the previous step. Also, make sure your notification preferences are configured to receive push notifications. Install the app and login as student in those sites. In web, send a private message to the student. Check that you receive a push notification in the device. Click the push notification. Check that the conversation is opened. In web, post in the forum (make sure to enable "Send forum post notifications with no editing-time delay"). Wait for the push notification to arrive. Click the push notification. Check that the forum discussion is opened.
