With voiceover enabled, open a course and open the section selector, please choose a course with lots of sections. When you select a section and activate 'rotor', it reads each section of the list when it looks like the section selector list is over, instead of waiting it to show the next sections, section selector focus is positioned wrong (after the actual list) and reads sections that aren't shown yet, after a few reads the section selector list is shown correctly and section selector focus is correct and it reads correctly
