Case-sensitive URL handling problem on Add Site screen

If you enter Http://... starting URL for your moodle site (as is default on iOS as it auto-capitals the first letter in a field unless it's a password/numerical one) then the app errors with message "Site URL required". Also on Android (which whilst it doesn't default to auto-capital for first letter of field, still is an issue if you forcably enter Http at the start
