Hide completion bar and completion menu option for teachers (or any non-tracked user)

      Please test this issue both in Android and iOS.

      1. Login in mobilemaster as a student.
      2. In dashboard, check that you see a progress bar below some courses in the Course overview block.
      3. Open a course with progress (e.g. MM Dev Testing).
      4. Open the section selector. Check that you see a progress bar below some sections.
      5. Open All sections. Check that you see a progress bar below the section selector.
      6. Now login as a teacher.
      7. Repeat steps 2-5, but now you shouldn't see the progress bars.
      8. Now login in mobile35 as a teacher.
      9. In dashboard, check that you see a progress bar below some courses in the Course overview block.
      10. Open a course with progress (e.g. MM Dev Testing) and go to All sections. Check that you see a progress bar below the section selector.
