Display custom course fields in the app

      Test only in one device of your choice.

      Site 3.7 (or master) needed.

      1. Using mobilemaster site. Test the following with student and teacher roles.
      2. Enter in one course you have access to.
      3. Open the context menu and go to Course Summary.
      4. Check custom fields are displayed there (it won't have any title) but it would say something similar to (see bellow):
      5. Now open a course you shouldn't have access to. You should be in the summary page directly. Check again.

      Description

      MDL-57898 introduced support for custom fields, we must display the course fields in the same places that the web version (currently in Site home and when browsing categories, etc..)
