Improve the notifications page

    • Moodle App 3.7.0

      See the attached image, I think notifications should be re-designed and do not expect a userfrom:

      • Highlight the subject and not the "userfrom"
      • Display the user image/name only if available
      • Always use the HTML version of the message if available
