Forum: Simplified form when adding discussions and replies

      Test on any device.

      1. Login to any site as a teacher.
      2. Go to a forum with groups
      3. Click the button to add a new discussion.
      4. Check that the form only displays the subject and message fields, an "Advanced" expandable section and the "Post to forum" button.
      5. Click "Advanced" and check that these options are now displayed: Group, Discussion Subscription, Pinned, Add file.
      6. Click "Advanced" again to hide the advanced options.
      7. Enter a subject and message and click "Post to forum".
      8. Check that the discussion is created without errors.
      9. Login to a 3.7 site as a teacher.
      10. Go to a forum with at least a post made by a student.
      11. Click "Reply" on the post. Check that the reply form is displayed with the subject and message fields, the "Reply privately" checkbox, the "Advanced" expandable section and the "Post to forum" and "Cancel" buttons.
      12. Click "Advanced" and check that these options are now displayed: "Add file".
      13. Click "Advanced" again to hide the advanced options.
      14. Enter a message and click "Post to forum".
      15. Check that the reply is created without errors.

      In MDL-64956 and MDL-65069 a simplified inline form has been implemented to add a new discussion or reply without leaving the page. For the app, we want to implement something similar: only display the subject and message in the form and hide other options by default.
