Go to a forum with at least a post made by a student.
Click "Reply" on the post. Check that the reply form is displayed with the subject and message fields, the "Reply privately" checkbox, the "Advanced" expandable section and the "Post to forum" and "Cancel" buttons.

In MDL-64956 and MDL-65069 a simplified inline form has been implemented to add a new discussion or reply without leaving the page. For the app, we want to implement something similar: only display the subject and message in the form and hide other options by default.
