      Test on any site.

      1. Log in a 3.7 site as a teacher.
      2. Go to a forum discussion.
      3. Click "Pin this discussion" in the context menu.
      4. Go to the list of discussions and check the discussion is pinned.
      5. Go to the discussion and click "Unpin this discussion" in the context menu, .
      6. Go to the list of discussions and check the discussion is no longer pinned.
      7. Go to the discussion and click "Star this discussion" in the context menu, .
      8. Go to the list of discussions and check the discussion is starred.
      9. Go to the discussion and click "Unstar this discussion" in the context menu,.
      10. Go to the list of discussions and check the discussion is no longer starred.
      11. Log in to a 3.6 site as a teacher.
      12. Go to a forum discussion.
      13. Check the context menu has no items to star or pin the discussion.
