File support for Lesson Essay

      Test in a 3.7 site.

      1. On web, log in as a student.
      2. Go to a lesson that contains an essay question and has the parameter "Allow lesson to be attempted offline using the mobile app " disabled.
      3. Start the lesson and upload an image to the essay editor.
      4. Submit the lesson.
      5. On the app, log in as a teacher.
      6. Go to the course of the lesson and enable "Show download options".
      7. Download the lesson and switch to offline.
      8. Access the lesson.
      9. Click "Preview" and check that an error is displayed: "There was a problem connecting...".
      10. Go to the "Reports" tab and go to the report of the student.
      11. Check that the answer to the essay question is displayed, including the embedded image.
      12. Switch to online and log in as the student.
      13. Go to the course of the lesson and enable "Show download options".
      14. Check that the download icon is not displayed for the lesson.
