Moodle App Error: "You don't have an app installed to perform this action."

I am accessing "JSP - श्री जैन सिध्दांत - प्रवेशिका" course on Moodle App at url https://iitway.com/course/view.php?id=19 with following demo user login info:

I am trying to reply from Moodle App a post on forum at https://iitway.com/mod/forum/post.php?reply=1616#mformforum and try to upload Audio MP3 file from Moodle App.

When I select a Audio type of file to upload, it display following error message:

"You don't have an app installed to perform this action."
