      Description

We should indicate to the user when he is working offline (so he is aware that he will be using the cache or that he is connected to a network with no internet access) I tried different apps to see how they indicate you are working offline:

      • Youtube: message just below the bottom menu
      • Telegram: message at the top saying "Waiting for network.."
      • Other LMS apps: message under the top app header

In my opinion, it has to be fixed indicator
