While testing MOBILE-2905 found that if in 'Manage storage' you delete a complete section or the last activity downloaded from the section, the download icon of the section is still shown as a the downloaded icon (green ticked cloud). If you reload the app the downloaded icon of the section (green ticked cloud) changes to the download icon (black cloud with an down arrow).

(It already happened before, now is more noticeable due to the new icon)
