Subtitle menu in video either jumping or hanging on Android when in middle of content

      Test on Android and iOS.

      1. Log in to https://school.demo.moodle.net/ with user "student".
      2. Go to course "Celebrating cultures".
      3. Click the icon with three dots. Check that a menu is opened above the icon (the menu covers the icon but it is mainly displayed above).
      4. Scroll down a bit (but keep the video visible).
      5. Click the icon again and check the menu is still opened above the icon, not in the same exact position as before but close.
      6. Refresh the page and scroll down a bit (but keep the video visible).
      7. Click the icon again and check the menu is still opened above the icon, not in the same exact position as before but close.

      When you visit a page that has video with subtitle, if you try to use the captions menu within a video, it jumps to the top of the page. if you refresh the page, then try and do it again, the caption option appears, but it's much higher on the page than expected.

      This happen on forum add-on and page add-on.

      Step to reproduce :

      • Create a new page / Create a discussion in a forum
      • Add long sample content and video with subtitle using Insert media button in Atto editor below the content to the discussion or Page
      • Go to mobile app and click on caption menu.
