Highlight when using button in rich text editor

      Test on any site.

      Phone (Android and iOS)

      1. Go to a forum and click the new discussion button.
      2. Check that the toolbar of the message editor is not displayed.
      3. Focus the editor and check that the toolbar is displayed.
      4. Check that only a few buttons are displayed and a ">" arrow is displayed.
      5. Check that you can scroll the toolbar by swiping and by using the "<" and ">" arrows.
      6. Click the "X" button on the  toolbar and check that the toolbar is hidden.
      7. Do a long press on the editor and check the toolbar is displayed.
      8. Click the "<>" button to toggle the HTML view. Check that the keyboard stays open (it is not closed and opened immediately)  and that style buttons are disabled.
      9. Enter some text. Select a part of the text and click the "B" button (or any other style). Check that the button stays pressed.
      10. Change the cursor position and check that the pressed state of the buttons is changed.

      Desktop and landscape tablet (Android and iOS)

      3. Click the "<>" button to toggle the HTML view. Check that the keyboard stays open (it is not closed and opened immediately)  and that style buttons are disabled.
      4. Enter some text. Select a part of the text and click the "B" button (or any other style). Check that the button stays pressed.
      5. Change the cursor position and check that the pressed state of the buttons is changed.

    Description

      Currently, the core-rich-text-editor is available for all plugin, but it is not very user-friendly because users don't know which button has been used.

      There should be a highlight functionality for selected buttons in rich text editor the same as Atto editor in the Moodle web version.
