Download is displayed in Site Home even if "Show download options" is disabled

This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device. Install the app in the device and login in master site. Check that, by default, you do not see the download buttons in Dashboard or in Site Home. Show download options using the top-right menu. Check that the download buttons appear both in Dashboard blocks and in Site Home. Disable download options using the top-right menu. Check that the download buttons disappear both in Dashboard blocks and in Site Home.
