Let site plugins add menu items in course menu

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. Install the plugin attached to this issue, in the local folder.
      2. Login in the app and enter any course.
      3. Open the context menu at the top right. Check that you see an option called "My awesome plugin" and it has an icon.
      4. Click that option. Check that a new page is opened and it says "This is a test!".

      In MOBILE-2906 the CoreCourseOptionsDelegate was modified to support "menu handlers". We should let site plugins create this new type of handlers.
