Quiz: The "Check" button shouldn't be displayed for questions not fully supported

      This issue should only be tested in 1 device.

      1. Create a qtype site plugin that returns a prevent submit message.
      2. In web as admin, create a quiz with adaptive behaviour (or immediate feedback) and add the qtype you created in step 1. Add also a question of a different type.
      3. In the app, attempt the quiz. Check that you don't see the "Check" button in the qtype you created, but you see it in the other types of question.

      Description

      Some questions can be partially supported, like essay (we don't support attachments). We shouldn't display the Check button in these questions. Please notice that essay doesn't support the Check button at all, but site plugins could support it.
