Invalidate whole activity cache when there's an update

Using the feature to control activity updates. We can invalidate  the whole module when we detect a change on them.

This will cause that all the data will still be available offline but refreshed when entering again the activity.

However a side effect will be that all data will be redownloaded but more updated.
