Add new Dark Mode option in the app

      Test on Android and iOS with Dark mode on system settings.

      1. Navigate to settings > General and check Color scheme has: Auto, Light and Dark modes.
      2. When on Auto: Go to Android/iOS settings and change the color scheme.
      3. Check the app shows Dark / Light depending on that setting.
      4. Navigate to settings > General and check Color scheme. Change to Dark mode.
      5. Check the app change the mode to dark.
      6. Reopen the app and check the setting is maintained.
      7. Check again with Light mode.

      Test on Android and iOS without Dark mode on system settings. (old ones).

      2. If auto is shown, it will be same behaviour as Light.
      3. Navigate to settings > General and check Color scheme. Change to Dark mode.
      4. Check the app change the mode to dark.
