This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

In a 37 site with ~~MDL-66550~~ applied, create a ddmarker question.

In the app, login in that site as a student and attempt the quiz. Check that the question is loaded and you can answer it.

Now repeat the test in a 37 site without ~~MDL-66550~~ applied. Check that the question is loaded and you can answer it.

when viewing a quiz with a dragdrop question in the mobile app you get a "loading" image that never finishes.

reverting the patch from ~~MDL-66550~~ seems to fix it.

This occurs on the latest version of the app released this weekend, but also the previous version of the app.
