Support YouTube video start time in mediaplugin filter

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device.

      1. As admin, navigate to Site administration > Plugins > Media players > Manage media players
      2. Ensure VideoJS player is the only enabled player
      3. Press Settings next to VideoJS player
      4. Tick YouTube videos and press Save changes
      5. Navigate to a course
      6. Create a page resource
      7. Enter following HTML in the page contents 

        <p>Start at beginning:</p><a href="https://youtu.be/wlrFHJS8aZY">Hello</a><p>Start at 2:58:</p><a href="https://youtu.be/wlrFHJS8aZY?t=2m58s">Hello</a>

      8. Login in the app and go to the page.
      9. Play the first video. Check that the video starts from the beginning.
      10. Play the second video. Check that the video starts at 2 minutes 58 seconds.

      Once MDL-63609 is integrated, Moodle will support the start time of youtube videos handled by the mediaplugin filter. The app should support it too.
