Launch LTI in browser in deskop

      This issue only needs to be tested in 1 desktop device.

      1. Install the app in a desktop device.
      2. Login in master site.
      3. Go to the Triaging course > Topic 7 > BMA LTI Windows issue.
      4. Click the button to launch the activity. Check that the tool is opened in the system browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, ...) and it loads fine.
      5. Now install the app in a mobile device. And repeat the test. Check that the tool is opened in inapp browser (a new window inside the app) and it loads fine.

    Description

      An LTI tool that uses jQuery doesn't work in desktop apps, but it does in Moodle web and mobile apps. Launching this same tool in browser works fine.
