Tabs height does not readjust when changing course sections

      Test on one Android phone and tablet and one iOS phone and tablet.

      1. Navigate to a course section without blocks that has a tiny scroll (height similar but bigger of than the screen).
      2. Scroll up and down quick and many times.
      3. Check the tabs are not stuck and hidden.

      When sections are changed having a partially hidden header (without disappearing completely), the header height remains reduced and it doesn't get fixed until a pull to refresh is triggered. The correct behaviour would be to recalculate header height after changing sections.
