Profile Picture could trigger a profile update page

      1. Requires a real device
      2. Open the app, and go to the current user profile via side menu clicking on the user pic.
      3. Click in your profile image, take a selfie or use a photo from the library,
      4. Check that the profile image is correctly changed, if you go back, the image is updated in the participants list and also in the side menu.
      5. Check that the image was updated in the Moodle web site too.
      6. In Moodle web site administration, disable "disableuserimages".
      7. Try to change your image via the app, you will get an error

      For example what would be good it to let the user customize the profile picture, taking a picture of herself/himself from the phone. Any idea is welcome.
