Should not show remove file option when the download is in progress

      1. Go to Moodle web, create a course and forum activity.
      2. Inside new forum, create a discussion and upload a large file to it.
      3. Open the mobile app, navigate to the new forum.
      4. Click on the context menu top right, then choose download.
      5. Terminate the app while download is in progress.
      6. Open the app again, navigate to the forum.
      7. Check that the "Remove files" options isn't showing while download is in progress.

      When download the file in inside module using mobile app, if the internet connection lost, crash or user close the app, then we will see "Remove files" option from the drop down menu.

      If the user click on download again, the download progress start but the "Remove files" option still there, sometime the file size indicator keep going up, and user can remove files when download is in progress
