Error when trying to download an assignment while the course is set up to have the gradebook hidden to students

      Test on one device of your choice.

      1. Enter the 3.8 demo site as student.
      2. Enter the Dev testing course. > Assignment section.
      3. Check grades tab is not present on course.
      4. Enable download options and try to prefetch any assignment.
      5. Check no error is raised.

      Course settings: Show gradebook to students = No

      If you try to download an assignment, an error is shown: "Can not view grades"
