Follow the same instructions as MDL-67804 and make sure that the errors are displayed accordingly in the app. In particular: User suspended shows an error message saying "Registration suspended". Using No login authentication method shows an error message saying "Authentication has been revoked for this account". User deleted logs the user out of the app and shows a message saying "Your authentication token is invalid or has expired".
