Separate user preferences from app settings

      On one iOS of your choice.

      1. Enter a site, go to more > Preferences.
      2. Check Shared files item is located and you can enter.
      3. Add some files to shared files (Check MOBILE-1606).
      4. Pull to refresh and check number of files is correct.
      5. Enter and check it shows the files.

      On Android device.

      1. Repeat steps 1 and 2 and check shared files is not displayed there.

      On any device of your choice.

      1. Enter a site, go to more > Preferences.
      2. Check all links there work.
      3. Check erase used space work.
      4. Check sync work.
