This issue only needs to be tested in 1 device: a tablet device.

      1. In Moodle as teacher, create a forum with no discussions.
      2. Configure the app to use a LTR language (English, Spanish, ...).
      3. Open that forum. Check that the arrow in the split view points to the left.
      4. Go to the app settings and change the language to one using RTL (Arabic, Persian or Hebrew).
      5. Go to the forum again. Check that the arrow now points to the right. Please notice that the English language will still say "left", this should be adapted by the translation once this text is translated.
      6. Change to a LTR language again. Check that the arrow now points to the left again.

If a split view has no items or is being loaded, we display this message:

This page will appear blank if the left panel is empty or is loading.

And we also display an arrow pointing to the left.

With RTL languages, the pane is at the right so the arrow is wrong (the message should be adapted by the translators).
