Make RTE button use <em>, <strong> instead of <i>, <b> for accessibility

      Use on one device of your choice:

      1. Navigate to any place with a text editor. i.e Add glossary entry.
      2. Write something and use the italics button. Check it changes style to italics.
      3. Change also some text to bold and check it changes to bold.
      4. Click the button to view the HTML. Check that italics use <em> and bold uses <strong>.
      5. Send the information (entry) and check the received one still has the italics and the bold. (entering the entry first).
